Privacy Information

We thank you for coming to visit our web site. Unless you communicate with us and give us information voluntarily, we won't collect information about you via our web-site.

There are only two places on this web-site where we ask for information from you. The first is if you apply for a job. We'll treat the information as private and confidential. If we choose to hire you, we will need to keep what you sent us. If we don't hire you, we will delete what you sent us if we have no further use for the information or if you ask us to delete it.

We promise not to send marketing information to job applicants so you will only hear from us in relation to a job application. The second place is on the email enquiry form. If you don't ask us to limit the use of the information to your particular request, we may choose to send other marketing information to you or to transfer your name to one of our sales databases - after all, we're in business and we need to sell things to make a profit.

We won't sell any information you give us to anyone under any circumstances. We'll only give your details to someone else if they have a search warrant or a court order or you tell us it is OK to do so.

MicroHelp is a member of the Australian Information Industry Association (http://www.aiia.com.au). We undertake to comply with the code of ethics of our industry association including any data handling and privacy guidelines they issue.

If you have any concerns about our privacy policy or you feel we've not followed it when dealing with you, please email privacy@microhelp.com.au and one of our senior officers will reply to you.
